Guys & gals, I find this to be an amazing unisex bowler hat; very high quality felt and construction. I wear it when driving ride share & have gotten many compliments from my passengers since I started wearing it,plus I'm getting more tips too, and, compliments from complete strangers who see me wearing this unique,very hard to find 'Big size wool felt upturn brim-low 4" crown-bowler hat' at supermarkets, in retail stores and when I'm just walking dn the street;the style of this bowler is truly right out of the 'old-wild-west'; just google; 'real wild west bowler hats from the 1800's and you'll agree with me on this! Be careful when choosing a size; I measured the circumference of my head, while wearing a m/c nylon helmet liner to be 23.5",{I do wear a thin, m/c helmet style nylon liner when wearing any hat} so I bought the 'BIG SIZE WOOL FELT UPTURN BRIM BOWLER HAT', in the size, XL-2XL; huge mistake; should have ordered e4hat's 'WOOL FELT UPTURN BRIM BOWLER HAT' in the size; LG-XL; it's the exact same hat, same price, offered in a smaller size, so if u normally wear an XL in other hat brands, and, u may find e4hat's sizing chart a bit confusing; so suggest u order a L-XL size in the regular version of this wonderfully soft, light for summer too, hat, if your head measures like mine does. So I kept the 'BIG SIZE' version, and added foam around the inner sweat band to tighten up the fit, which was a difficult job, so try to order the right size in the 1st place when ordering,,,,one more thing; guys, try bending the rear of this hat downwards as I did; this will shape the front of this bowler to have a more genuine wild west look, just as the cowboys bent their felt bowlers in every which way to customize their hats to their own liking;in my opinion only, this is not just 'an adult women's hat'; if u bend the back dn like I did, trust me, it will result in u achieving a more manly, macho look, and you will get those welcome compliments when donning this incredible bowler hat. I purchased the tan color, and am happy with the tan color; you might like the hat in black so go w the color YOU fancy! BUY THIS HAT! YOU WON'T BE SORRY! Soon I'm going to purchase the exact same bowler hat model from e4hats, but in the smaller size I mentioned,,,,I AM a hat lover; the right hat style in the correct size will give u the look u r after; Yes, I was after that 'old west' look and I got it with this hat. To complete my look, I wear so called 36" by 36" 'wild rags', made of 100% silk,,,,,,,if u do not know what 'wild rags' are, go to; wildwestragco.com where u can find a huge, made in the usa selection,,,, the silk regular size 100% silk wild rags cost around $59 or more,,,,,don't buy their 'extra large wild rags; u won't like them,,,,,,,I'm wearing my bowler hat as I'm writing this,,,,,,,if you're a hat lover like me, u may not want to take it off,,,,,,,,,
