I wanted a palm cowboy hat, saw this palm ranchers hat looked great, I measured head to their size, then ordered ...Wow when it came the box was small but the hat opened up prefect, the hat was a slight tanish color, big brim, fit excellent I was very impressed with it, great job, my favorite hat now..thankyou
I normally stitch-on a Peugeot-Citroen logo patch and wear the cap with a polyurethane cartridge belt for 300lb floatation, and go swim in Lake Michigan at the buoys. Swim for maybe 1 hour buoy to buoy, about 100 meters. That's enough to become hungry for Lake Perche. The brim keeps the direct sunlight out of my eyes.
As a big and tall man e4hats.com is just what I have been looking for. My hat size is something I could not find anywhere!!!when I saw they had my size I ordered several different types. I HAVE NOT BEEN MORE EXCITED TO SUPPORT A WEBSITE BEFORE!! Hats are well made and excellent quality. I recommend they support the shipping boxes sides more. Other than that, excellent company, great product!!!!

Purchased the hat while they had a 20% sale. So I ended up paying $34.80 + $7.41 shipping. Received my order very quickly. The hat was in pristine condition; I loved it. My only issue was that it was too big. I contacted customer service and they told me I could return the hat (shipping fee was on me) and indicate on the return form that I need an exchange and they would ship a new one out to me. I paid over $12 to ship it back to them. A few days after that, I noticed that e4Hats.com had refunded me ONLY the price I pay for the hat ($34.80) and not $7.41 I had originally paid for shipping. I contacted them and customer service told me they made a mistake in refunding me instead of doing the exchange. So, they wanted me to reorder the hat at the original price (not at the discounted price when I originally purchased it) and pay for shipping again! So I have to pay for shipping 3 times?? That’s bad business in my book. I refuse to do business with them ever again.
I got the brown acid washed version and I'm very impressed with the look and feel of it. It feels and looks like an expensive hat. I dont think it mentioned it but on the back under the lining is an adjustment strap to tighten it up and that makes it 5* for the money for me. First hat I've got from these guys but I'll be back.
*** Packaging could definitely be better it was squished in transit and if it was a more solid brimmed hat it definitely would have been malformed permanently. The box gets 1*

This is a good quality crushable wool felt sun/ rain hat. Wasn't expecting much, but am pleasantly surprised. Fit worked out as suggested on the website. The inner ribbon band is pretty flimsy, but i'll keep the hat and replace the ribbon band with leather when I need to.
In your picture I can read everything well but when I received the hat the 196 and the dates blend into the hat color and you can hardly see them?

One thing I'm not pleased with, the chipping box put an undesired curl on the brim, a flatter would prevent this, a gus shouldn't have a tight curl in the brim. Oh, I will steam it down but I wish I didn't have to.
