Hats are great quality but size is all over the map. I ordered three 7 3/8 sized hats, one fits perfect, one fits quite loose and the last one is absolutely huge and flops around on my head, yet they are all marked the same. More attention needs to be given to how hats are sized.
This is my current favorite hat. Well made. Looks great.

So my friend was having a Steel Magnolias themed birthday party and I decided to go as Tom Skerrit (Shelby's dad iykyk) and the bucket fishing hat I already had wasn't the right shade, so I ordered this last minute and it really fit my big head perfectly and was delivered on time.

i was excited to see the hat when it arrived. opened the package and was happy with the appearance and quality of the hat. i tried it on and found it to be too small. i called the phone number on the packing list only to get a voice message so i left my name and number asking what my options were. i also used the email option to ask what my options were to get a hat that fit. its three days since my voice message and email and i have not received a reply. while i am happy with the quality of the product, the sizing is incorrect and the customer service is non-existent so far.
I bought this hat for my husband to block the sun because his current hat was a bit dorky. It is perfect and it looks stylish.

I really like the fit of this hat! I wear a size 8, and the XL fits my head! Hooray! This hat is flexible and not fragile like my last hat. I am always working in the garden, and the wide-brimmed hat provides excellent coverage and UV protection.

I buy a lot of hats. I have a huge selection from Bailey to Kangol to Jaxon in flat caps, pork pie hats and fedoras. This is one of the better values I've received. I could not believe how nice the hat was when I opened the box. It actually looks better than the photos. You can't go wrong with this hat.

I wanted a palm cowboy hat, saw this palm ranchers hat looked great, I measured head to their size, then ordered ...Wow when it came the box was small but the hat opened up prefect, the hat was a slight tanish color, big brim, fit excellent I was very impressed with it, great job, my favorite hat now..thankyou
