Visor Cotton Kufi Cap

I have only had the hat for a little less than a month with fairly frequent wear. I am noticing that the bill is a bit fragile on the corners as it appear as though it may begin to separate sooner than later. Another issue that bothers me is that you can see the (off black) plastic through the crocheting on the far ends and it stands out against the black cotton when looking at it closely. I think the fact that I have a solid black one helps to somewhat hide these details for the time being. However, I wish the bill had better construction to address these 2 pretty important factors as I now would have preferred the kufi without the bill. Overall it's an OK hat for the price and its been serving well but I don't see it lasting too much longer at its current rate.
