Overall great service from e4Hats and a great hat with good looks, good stitching, but there is a minor defect with the hat.
The hat is advertised that it will fit up to an XL size. I usually wear a medium sized hat and I needed to adjust this hat to a little larger size. But when I unbuckled the adjusting strap there was very little length to the strap to let it out. I let it out about a ¼ of an inch and now the strap will not stay tucked back into the slot provided because it is too short. It takes away from the otherwise very nice looking hat to have the strap hanging out.
I would shop with e4Hats again.
